Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using any part of The Wired Agent. By completing a purchase or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Wired Agent website, products, and services operated by The Wired Agent ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our site or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Products and Purchases

We offer the following products:

→Single Template ($25): A one-time purchase granting you a personal, non-transferable license to use one Notion template.
→Full Wired Kit ($97): A one-time purchase granting you a personal, non-transferable license to use all eight Notion templates.
→Daily Cockpit Subscription ($9.99/month): A recurring subscription granting you access to our web-based daily planning tools while your subscription remains active.

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated below. Prices are in USD.

3. Intellectual Property — Read This Carefully

All content on The Wired Agent — including but not limited to our Notion templates, web-based planning tools, system designs, frameworks, written content, brand assets, and the structure and methodology underlying our productivity systems — is the exclusive intellectual property of The Wired Agent and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.

What You MAY Do:

✓Use the templates for your own personal real estate business and productivity
✓Duplicate templates into your own Notion workspace and customize them for your personal use
✓Use the web tools as part of your paid subscription

What You May NOT Do:

✗Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer our templates or tools to any third party
✗Redistribute templates — paid or free — in any form, including but not limited to marketplaces (e.g. Etsy, Gumroad, Notion marketplaces), websites, or social media
✗Create derivative works based on our templates or systems for the purpose of commercial distribution or sale
✗Copy, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the structure, framework, methodology, or design of our tools for the purpose of building a competing product
✗Share your account or template access links with individuals who have not purchased a license
✗Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from any of our materials
✗Use our brand name, logo, or product names to imply endorsement or affiliation without our written permission

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your license and account access, and may result in legal action. We actively monitor for unauthorized redistribution of our templates and will pursue claims under applicable copyright law.

4. Subscription Terms

→Your subscription begins with a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.
→After the trial, you will be billed $9.99/month until you cancel.
→You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
→We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
→Access to subscription tools is revoked immediately upon cancellation or failed payment after a grace period.

5. Refund Policy

Template purchases (one-time): Due to the digital nature of our products, all template sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. If you have a technical issue accessing your template, contact us and we will resolve it.

Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the period ends. If you have a billing issue or were charged in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use The Wired Agent to:

→Violate any applicable laws or regulations
→Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform or database
→Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
→Engage in any activity that could harm other users or our business

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our tools will improve your productivity, close more deals, or produce any specific business result. Results depend entirely on how you use the tools.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Wired Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in connection with any such dispute.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.
