Stop doing everything. Start doing the right thing.
ADHD brains are terrible at prioritization. Everything feels equally urgent. You see 47 tasks and your brain says "all of them, right now" — then shuts down completely.
The Could/Should/Must framework (from Gary Keller's "The One Thing") cuts through decision paralysis by forcing a brutal hierarchy. Could = nice to have. Should = probably important. Must = the one thing that makes everything else easier or unnecessary.
This Notion template automates the filtering process. You dump everything into "Could," then drag tasks up the ladder. By the end, you have 1-3 "Must" items — the only things that actually matter today. No guilt. No shame. Just focus.
What makes this different from a to-do list?
A to-do list gives you tasks. This gives you a sequence. By forcing you to rank tasks as Could / Should / Must, the filter eliminates the paralysis that a flat list creates for ADHD brains.
Is this a daily or weekly tool?
Daily. It takes about 5 minutes each morning to sort your list. The filter resets each day — so there's no backlog to manage.
