Weekly Brain Dump

Get it out of your head and onto the page.

Why This Works

The ADHD brain was never designed to hold 200 open loops simultaneously while also trying to focus on the task in front of you.

The Weekly Brain Dump is a pressure valve. Everything living rent-free in your head gets written down in one place. The follow-up you haven't made, the deal that's been nagging at you, the random idea you had at 11pm. Not organized. Not prioritized. Just out.

Writing it down tells your brain it's safe to let go. Your working memory can stop trying to hold everything and start actually working.

Do this every Sunday. Ten minutes. Your Monday will feel completely different.

What's Inside

  • →Freeform capture page with zero structure (dump first, organize later)
  • →Category tags for quick sorting (tasks, ideas, worries, follow-ups)
  • →Weekly archive to look back on past dumps (proof your brain was full)
  • →One-click "Process" button to convert dump items into actionable tasks

Who This Is For

  • →Agents who feel mentally scattered at the start of every week
  • →Agents with ADHD who carry dozens of open loops in working memory simultaneously
  • →Agents who forget follow-ups, ideas, and tasks because they never got out of their head
  • →Agents who need a weekly reset to start Monday with clarity instead of chaos

How Agents Use It

  1. 1.Set aside 10 minutes on Sunday evening (or Monday morning)
  2. 2.Write down everything — leads, tasks, worries, ideas, personal items — without organizing
  3. 3.Tag each item (task / follow-up / idea / worry) for quick sorting
  4. 4.Process the list into priorities for the week — or feed it into the Priority Filter

Quick Q&A

How often should I do a brain dump?

Weekly is the standard — ideally Sunday or Monday morning. For high-chaos periods, some agents do a quick mid-week mini-dump on Wednesday. Daily dumps are also built into the Free Daily Planner tool.

Does it matter how I organize the dump?

No. The whole point is unfiltered capture first, organization second. Trying to organize while dumping defeats the purpose — you'll just stop writing.
